    Terms of Service

    Article 1 (Purpose)

    The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary
    matters between the company and the system users (hereinafter referred to as "members") regarding the use of
    the application services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by UVER.

     

    Article 2 (Effect and Changes to the Terms)

    ① These Terms take effect when announced on the website, via email, or by other methods to the users.

    ② The company may change these Terms, and the revised Terms will take effect through notification as
    specified in Paragraph 1.

     

    Article 3 (Governing Rules Outside the Terms)

    Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and customary practices.

     

    Article 8 (Changes to the Service)

    ① The company posts the types, contents, prices, and other service-related information on its website.
    Members must apply for service usage based on the website.

    ② The company also posts any additions or changes to services on its website. If changes affect current
    users, they will be notified through the website or by email. If there is no objection within 7 days after
    posting or notification, the member is considered to have agreed to the changes.

     

    Article 10 (Refund of Service Fees)

    ① A member who has agreed to a paid service may cancel the agreement in case of unavoidable circumstances.
    They must apply for cancellation using the form provided by the company and submit the relevant documents.

    ② There is no separate penalty for mid-term cancellation. The refund will be calculated based on the regular
    (non-discounted) daily rate for the period used and deduct incidental expenses related to processing.

    ③ Refunds for services paid via credit card will be processed as a cancellation if requested on the same day.
    If requested the day after, the process will follow the same method as in Paragraph 2.

     

    Article 11 (Information and Advertisement)

    ① The company may provide information to members via the website, service screens, email, or SMS. By agreeing
    to these Terms, members are deemed to consent to receiving notices and advertisements via email or SMS.

    ② The company may post advertisements on the website, service screens, and via email.

     

    Article 16 (Company Obligations)

    ① The company shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the Terms and
    relevant laws.

    ② The company shall maintain, repair, and enhance (including system expansion) the service facilities in an
    operable state, and shall make best efforts to promptly repair and restore them in the event of any failure.

    ③ If member feedback or complaints regarding the service are deemed legitimate, the company must process them
    promptly through appropriate procedures. If immediate handling is difficult, the reason and schedule must be
    notified via announcement or email.

    ④ The company must protect the member’s personal information in accordance with Article 13.

    ⑤ The company shall ensure data stability through secondary backup and support prompt recovery in case of
    data anomalies.

    ⑥ The company must provide a member’s data in file format upon request for a certain period. A processing fee
    may be charged for the requested file.

     

    Article 22 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

    ① The company and the member must make every effort to amicably resolve any disputes related to the service.

    ② Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, in the event of litigation, the competent court shall be the Uijeongbu
    District Court.
